I was expecting the fabric to be a lot softer based on the photos and description. I’ve bought similar pieces before that felt much smoother right away, so this one was a little disappointing. It’s not awful, but it does feel kind of rough against my skin. I tried washing it to see if it would soften up, but it didn’t really change much. The fit is fine, but the material makes me less likely to reach for it often.

I had to wait a few weeks to get my refund back. Not really sure what the holdup was, but it definitely took longer than I expected

I use it regularly, and so far there aren’t any loose parts or weird signs of wear, which is more than I can say for some other stuff I’ve bought. I’m giving this 2 stars because the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up looking flimsy and a bit crushed, and when I opened it, the items were just shifting around inside with barely any protection. Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but it definitely felt like the order wasn’t packed with much care. I also didn’t love the way the issue was brushed off when I brought it up — it kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to. They really need to do a better job packing orders.

One top was a bit shorter than it looked in the photos. Not a huge deal, but I took off one star for that. Overall, nice not having to guess so much.
